What are Pintcoins used for?

You can convert your Pintcoins into real money by requesting a transfer or use them to pay for your Pinta Libre subscription.

The more friends you invite, the more you earn with Pinta Libre.

How do I pay my subscription with Pintcoins?

Payment for your subscription with Pintcoins will be automatically processed on the payment date, using the Pintcoins available in your account.

How do I request a transfer?

First, you’ll need to fill out your information on our form, which you can access from the App or by clicking here. Once the conditions are met, you can request the transfer from the App.

How do I share my referral ID?

You share your referral ID from the referral screen by selecting the channel to share it through: WhatsApp, Email, or another. Or simply copy it and send it to your friends.

When should I request a transfer?

You can request a transfer at any time as long as you habe went to pintear in the last month and have an amount of Pintcoins equivalent to double the subscription fee.

Where do I enter the referral ID?

The referral ID is entered during registration, the first time you use the application. Remember that you can only enter one referral ID during registration; you won’t be able to do it later.

Why aren't my Pintcoins being credited?

Most likely, the friend you invited hasn’t registered yet or entered your referral ID incorrectly. On the referral screen, you can see which friends have registered with your ID and who among them has already subscribed.

How many Pintcoins do I earn?

Every time someone uses your referral code when registering, they receive Pintcoins equivalent to 50% of the subscription fee. If they subscribe, you receive the same amount of Pintcoins.
